Description:
I use a lot conditional formating. after I copied cell contained conditional formating and then use ctrl+S to save file, there is no conditional formating after reopening file. if I use close calc (I must close all libreoffice apps) and then reopen file there is conditional formating. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new cell containing conditional formating
2. save file and reopen it
3. copy cell to seomewhere
4. try ctrl+s or close calc with save and then reopen file
5. chacke copied cell if there is conditional formating

Actual Results:  
conditional formating is lost after reopen file

Expected Results:
conditional formating is not lost after reopen file
