Description edward.guitaro 2016-12-09 17:37:34 UTC
This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-71c93c1f-ef41-462f-8c68-0ecf5fe8c104.
=========================================
When using Writer in LibreOffice version 5.2.3.3, I clicked the "More Options" icon in the "Paragraph" section of the "Properties" tab of the middle right sidebar ("View>Sidebar" menu item) to change the properties of a paragraph of text and it crashed for an unknown reason. See the bug report for details - http://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/crash_details/71c93c1f-ef41-462f-8c68-0ecf5fe8c104.
This appears to be an identical bug to the one that occurred in version "5.2.1.2 release" at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102045 however it may be different.

On pc Debian x86-64 with LO Debian package 5.2.3, I don't reproduce this.
I tested with gtk3, gen and kde4 rendering + brand new file.

Do you reproduce this on a brand new file or with a specific file?
Could you give a try to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?

I read the steps of your link. Here is some relevant information:
- I was using the new Fresh version for x64 based systems, from http://mirror.catn.com/pub/tdf/libreoffice/stable/5.2.3/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.2.3_Win_x64.msi. It is a rare bug so I won't try to reproduce it.
- It doesn't appear to be a user profile issue
- I highly doubt it's a graphics related issue and I have "UI Render: default" in my "About LibreOffice" data so it isn't OpenGL related.
I haven't quickly been able to reproduce the issue with the file I was using and won't try as it could be to do with a paragraph I deleted.
