It's a side-effect of cc02097495f95967f8f06c364dfa6a8949132868. Discussion is going on right now in IRC on how to fix it.

I can see that developers would find the link to gerrit very useful.  Perhaps, for others, add a button <Copy to Clipboard>?

Sure sure in - bug#103654 Arnold is kindly working on a button to open the history: which should also be really useful for QA - so they can easily see if a commit is/was included etc.

or a separate <link to commit> ..
