building Libroffice help repository will produce an extra archive called 'images_helpimg.zip' with screenshots and other image that are specific to help, (living in $libre_source_root/instdir/share/config/ folder) 

This is an enhancement request to ship this archive with help packs (all of them, independent of language) on all platforms, i.e. Mac, Windows and RPM & DEB on Linux.

This is not a bug, but a request to release engineering (on hindsight Bugzilla is not even the best place for this).

If I may ask, why are you interested in this? Also, what is behind your message in bug 84838 comment 28?
