Description gradinf 2017-01-12 18:31:44 UTC
Hi,

I tried installing the LibreOffice 5.2.4 (32 and 64 bits) and the 5.3 DEV version. All version had the same problem:

When printing (ctrl+p) or asking for the print dialog to show up, if the HP 1109w is the default printer, libreoffice crashes. If the HP printer is not the default one, the print dialog show up, but as soon I click in the HP printer in the printers list, LO hangs.

In all computers (15 in total) I had installed LO, it crashes the same way. The error details don't give much more information, it only tells that it was in the KERNELBASE.DLL.

All computers have Windows 7 64 bits. I tried installing the driver that comes with the printer and the one downloaded from the HP site.

I don't know what else to do. I've been trying to solve it for 2 days without any success but no one seems to have this problem.

PS: Printing from others programs but LO works fine.

Hi,

It's a known problem, and there will be soon 5.2.5 release that will fix it.
