I confirm it in LibO 5.2.4.2 and a recent 5.4.0.0 alpha build under Win8.1 x64
not a new issue anyway... it's already present in 3.5.0 too
did not test earlier versions

Aron - IIRC we fixed a similar issue to this recently (?) =)

Bug still exists in 6.2 daily build.

To be clear, it's only the color of the text that is wrong (black instead of white), the color of the center shape is blue in PowerPoint as well. Yes, only the text color was mentioned, but the screenshot could be confusing, as it shows the original center shape as yellow.

Comment 7 Regina Henschel 2022-10-28 12:18:16 UTC
Please try a daily build (LO 7.5). I cannot reproduce the problem in Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 17dfc9a9da009cc23d2222e3fb4e2cef9c97d581
CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (en_US); UI: en-US
Calc: CL threaded

PowerPoint 365 and LO 7.5 show the SmartArt with same colors.

Indeed, this got fixed thanks to the following commit in 7.4, reverse bibisected to its 7.3 backport using repo bibisect-linux-64-7.3.
