Description Telesto 2017-02-12 10:02:25 UTC
Description:
The UNDO feature (CTRL-Z) does not remove a pasted image when copy-pasting between documents.

It's nearly the same issue as in Calc (bug 39217). However the steps to reproduce for bug 39217 don't work in Writer and it's related to copy/pasting from browser.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open attached file
2. Select All: CTRL+A
3. Create a new Writer Document (CTRL+N)
4. Paste (CTRL+V)
5. Undo paste (CTRL+Z)

Actual Results:
UNDO for inserted text is OK
UNDO for inserted image is not OK: image stays in the document

Expected Results:
Image should be deleted

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

This looks like a duplicate of the bug 81779. It also occurs only if the image(s) are anchored to the last paragraph in LO 5.2.5 on x64 Ubuntu. (If one introduces a hard line break after the anchor, thereby making the images being anchored to the second-last paragraph, then the issue does not appear.) Please feel free to reopen if you disagree.
