LibreOffice stores by default the user settings in Windows 7 in this folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4

But since it is LibreOffice 5, the folder must or should be
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\5

The ESC chose not to use the /5/ name and force a user profile migration.
