Similar to bug 88512 that requests a character style drop down list, we also need a similar drop down list for list styles.

It would be useful if the list styles previews were rendered similar to the list previews in the bullet (.uno:DefaultBullet) and numbering (.uno:DefaultNumbering) toolbar buttons

It would be useful to have 2 UNO commands for this drop down list feature, 1 without previews and 1 with.
