I just updated to LibreOffice 5.3.2.2 (x64) Build ID: 6cd4f1ef626f15116896b1d8e1398b56da0d0ee1 OS: Windows 7 The menu fonts are spidery thin now and don't look smooth anymore. This makes them hard to read, resulting in eye strain. Is it possible to return to the fonts used in version 5.3.1?
Please attach a screenshot so we can see how they look for you. (to take screenshot: press PrtScn/PrintScreen on your keyboard and paste to Windows Paint for example) Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the screenshot.

Comparing the 2 screenshots, it looks like a rendering issue rather than a font set issue. Are you using floats anywhere?
Thanks, I found an existing report. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 106990 ***
