Description:
'Soft Edge Oval' picture effect in PowerPoint crops a picture to oval and adds soft shadows.

Impress is missing this effect.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached PPTX in Impress

Actual Results:  
No effect applied to the picture.

Expected Results:
Picture should be cropped to oval shape with soft shadow on its edges.


Reproducible: Always

The example file in PP and Impress 7.0

This started to look good in version 7.0

In 6.4 the oval crop started to work, in 7.0 the soft edge effect too.
