Description: Right-align (and less often center-align) cell text get scrambled as I type. Everything is back to normal when I change cells. Left-aligned text does not have this issue. See attached gif. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set cell alignment to right-align or center-align 2. Start typing Actual Results: Text got scrambled. Expected Results: Text should not get scrambled. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: It did not fix the problem. Not the same issue, but maybe it is related to https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=105720
Which LibreOffice version are you using? Can you paste the first paragraph from Help -> About? What kind of GPU are you using? Intel IGPs had similar issues where typing resulted in overlapping text in Calc.
This is happening on my dad's computer. He is currently using the stable version (5.2.7), though he said the problem has been going on since he got this computer in February. Yes, it has Intel integrated graphics (Core i3-6100 with Intel HD Graphics 530). If this is related to graphics, is there anything I can do to prevent the issue? I already tried toggling OpenGL and hardware acceleration.
It's not only right-aligned cells, it is just a bit erratic. Using the modesetting driver solves it apparently (I still didn't switch). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 100925 ***
