Description Kjell 2017-07-13 11:56:52 UTC
Description:
After the latest update today my Calc is extremely slow. It doesn't really matter what I do, but it's clear when I open a file it's struggling with the content, for example with displaying the red squibbly lines under text. It also looks like the fonts have changed, but can't really tell for sure. I've tried a restart, but that doesn't help.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro, Intel i7 3.4GHz, 16GB RAM, 64bit

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc
2. Try to navigate the file
3.

Actual Results:
Every action in Calc is lagging.

Expected Results:
Not lagging in small files like it did before the update I installed today.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

It's practically unusable now, as it's so slow that I can't even resize columns without experiencing major lags. This was never an issue before.

I restarted in safe mode, and then I tried to open one of my files that has the issue, and the problem is still there (I didn't see that I had to do anything else than to restart in safe mode to reset the profile?).

@Kjell
Can you please attach a file? If private, please anonymize first.
It would be useful if you could write some measurable parameters, like time for a set of actions, in different LO versions. And possibly compare with Windows 7, if you have it available, in order to exclude OS problem.
You may get http://tdf.io/siguiexe to easily get and run "parallel" LO in Windows (extract without installation).
Please see whether this could be related or a duplicate of Bug 107770.
There are some other bugs like Bug 108574, Bug 107355..

@David: I really don't see how this could be "Calc-Enhancements" meta.
