OS = WIN10 (Home) 64 bit Dual Screens Dell Laptop XPS 15 9550 16GB Memory Processor Intel i7-6700HQ The whole window for Calc seems to be offset . The icons at the top are cut off. If I attempt to select (with the cursor/mouse click) cell A2, cell A1 is highlighted and that is where data entry takes place. If I attempt to select cell A1 the whole A column is highlighted/selected. This behavior occurs on both the primary screen (3840x2160 - the recommended resolution) with 250% scaling and on the secondary display (1920x1080 with 100% scaling) . Note, I have tried this with text writer also and it exhibits the same behavior.
Note: This also occurs with the 5.4 version.

The requestor asked for HELP - ABOUT information. Windows 10 does not have such an item, so it is unclear what is being requested. If it is a HELP - ABOUT in Libre Office, that's also an issue since I can't see anything like that there either. So I am at a loss.

You can reach it by the mnemonic shortcut: Alt-H Alt-A Then you should see the dialog.

You can reach the options to disable it by Alt-T Alt-O Then under LibreOffice - View, untick "Use OpenGL for all rendering". Now you could give us some more information about the graphics driver by opening this file in a text editor and copying and pasting its content here to a comment: C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log

Ok, if there is no OpenGL log, then OpenGL has not been enabled and the problem is not caused by it. Do you also see the problem with a recent master build (it installs separately): https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/
My bad. I missed it. There is an OpenGL log. I am sorry for any confusion. (In reply to Chris Bird from comment #7) > Because of the offsets, I ca't get to OpenOffice - View. But you were able to get to the options dialog? If yes, you can just use the down arrow to reach View. Otherwise you can download this registry fragment and right-click - merge it: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=118060 Hopefully it should disable OpenGL
I tried the dev version that you sent me. Exactly the same behavior as far as the screens are concerned.
I have now successfully disabled OpenGL and it the initial problem has gone away. Thank you everyone for your support. Chris
Let's keep it open for now and add to OpenGL meta bug. Maybe someone with Intel Skylake can reproduce.
This is a duplicate of bug 107764. Please update your graphics driver. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 107764 ***
