The attached file renders correctly in Inkscape, Chromium, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, but not in Draw.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
The R and the A are not clipped correctly.
Same rendering as Inkscape, Chromium, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer.
User Profile Reset: No

SVG-file that renders wrongly
The clip is not applied to the paths on insert or when opened.
@Xisco, * --No font rendering involved, just converted paths with editing. We have bug 90168 for Open, or bug 97657 for Insert but couldn't tell if this ignored clip mask was something else.
Tested in Version: 126.96.36.199 (x64)
