Description:
Very slow to load themes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools / Options / personalization / Select Theme
2. Under Categories selected LibreOffice button.



Actual Results:  
Loading the themes takes a long time

Expected Results:
Should be fast pretty fast

On my machine, a search for the "Abstract" category went down from ~40 seconds to ~6 seconds.
And it takes 2-3 seconds for the next run of the same query.

And there are no more Neon errors or HTML fetching.
