Description:
The mouse location is not correct on screen. to click a menu or to place a courser to enter text I need to be about 10mm below what I intend to click.

Its constant distance on all areas of the application. It also looks like the application doesn't fit the screen, menu buttons are partially cut off. The foot of the application is also cut off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just use the mouse
2.

Actual Results:  
mouse click is off target

Expected Results:
mouse clicks on target


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
I use a lot of CAD applications so Open GL is always on

Does your menu problem look like bug 107764?
The solution to that one was to update Intel drivers
Device Manager -> Display adapters -> Intel(R) HD Graphics xxx - > Update Driver

Maybe it will solve the mouse problem as well.
