Example file made with Excel 2013

Microsoft Excel 2013 offers various effects for chart data points that are not supported by LibreOffice Calc, including Shadow, Glow, Soft Edges and 3D.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel 2013.
2. Create a simple chart (a column chart with default settings will do) with the default values.
3. Apply an effect to the Data Points.
4. Save the file as XLSX.
5. Open the file with LibreOffice Calc.

Actual results:
The visual effects are not applied to the data series.

Expected results:
The visual effects should be applied to the data series.
