Description:
Hardware: Notebook Windows 10, 64 bit

Libre Office Writer 5.3.7 german (Downloaded under https://de.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-still/) 

Can't see the menu bar. Tool bar is not entirely shown.

Installed on a laptop with no internet connection. How can I reset userprofil? I suppose I will need an internet connection?

What can I do please? Can't find "Open GL".

You can find more information on how to reset your profile here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile.
The same as for the OpenGl: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present after resetting the profile...
