Description:
Missing blue page break line when adding a new page (afters only after scrolling)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Press CTRL+ENTER

Actual Results:  
No page break line

Expected Results:
A page break line


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Still happening with Version: 6.0.0.2. But probably a strange quirk. I can't repro it with:
