Description roel verhoeven 2018-01-18 12:58:27 UTC
Description:
when adding glue point to a shape in LO draw, the glue points are not displayed. When connectors are subsequently used to connect to the glue points created earlier, they do show up. This bug was not present in version 5.3.x.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. draw a shape
2. click on 'show glue points functions'
3. insert a glue point
4. any clicks on the shape now insert glue points but they're not shown

Actual Results:
Glue points not shown. They do exist though.

Expected Results:
Glue points should be shown as they are inserted

Reproducible: Always

I see the problem in version 5.4 but no longer in version 6.1.
Can you please test a current developer build? Such can be installed in parallel to a regular build.

I do not know whether there has been a patch or whether it is accidentally fixed, so I cannot say, whether it will be included in a bug fix release of the 5.4 series.

Confirming that the problem has disappeared in my master build

Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 44e9bbc29cc37d2bac089b8f051478f62f7d5d31
CPU threads: 4; OS: Mac OS X 10.13.3; UI render: default;
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded

but I haven't yet managed to identify a commit which could be used for a backport to 5.4.

I think it's a dup
If you still reproduce this with next release 5.4.5 or with next 6.0, don't hesitate to reopen this tracker.

So, I'm guessing it was either :

commit bf151f0716910b56e3538579f4af7ede8f51bbcf

or

commit 4173798ef73d3fc7da8c5b8fa575a36f05cd6f83

or a combination of both...

OK, forget that, I see that 113594 has a backport for 5.4...
