With other meta bugs under the CJK meta bug, we have each meta bug for a particular language irrespective of where that language is used, so not sure we should be lumping all the non-chinese languages spoken in china into a single meta bug. Also not sure whether it should be a blocker for CJK meta bug when it doesnt fall within the CJK languages.

Changed alias and removed CJK blocking status.

Like Jay I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have a country specific meta bug. If not more bugs are filled in the depending list, I suggest to close this meta bug.

(In reply to Thomas Lendo from comment #2)
I created this meta bug to collect those bugs affecting those Minority languages, in order to attract more people to contribute.

In my understanding there are a lot of people studying those Minority languages and characters, especially in high-level universities such as Minzu University of China (where I was graduated), Southwest Minzu University etc. Some people from there may be interested in this area - so we just keep a space for them to find a task to fix.

Anyway, it is very possible that the bugs covered by this meta bug may not be touched for years - that is because, as the name says, they are "Minority" languages.
