How does the problem manifest? Is there an error? What does it say? Where are you saving exactly? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

since libre office updated to version 5.4.5.1 I could not save any opened and processed existing libre office, ms-office or other file from harddisk back to origin storage place in harddisk or from download to harddisk. I turned off windows defender 2. re-installed libre office 5.4.5.1 3. started libre office 4. opened file from harddisk, modified file just for trying 5. safe the modified file under new filename 6. the same porblem, I could not save the file in the same place Do you mean --> "Turning off Controlled folder access in Windows Defender Security Centre allows installation to complete correctly. Then Controlled Folder Access can be turned on" = turn off windows defender ? I am sorry, my english is too poor, maybe I did not understand correctly what you worte/mean.

I don't know, I've never had this problem. I was just quoting the reporter from the other bug with the same error messages. You can also try installing a daily build to see, if it behaves differently: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Win-x86_64@42/current/ In any case, it is something wrong in your Windows setup.
