Description:
After install some time is ok. After may be windows april update icons is wrong color

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install office

Actual Results:  
Install libre office 6.1 alfa on window and use some time

Expected Results:
Application is started with wrong color icons


Reproducible: Always

do not confirm in 6.1 beta 1 (64 bit) on Windows 10 (64 bit)

try restart LibreOffice in Safe Mode (Help > Restart in Safe mode)
In dialogue "Safe mode" select "Reset to factory setting" and check both options "Reset settings..." and "reset entire user profile"
Push button "Apply changes and restart"

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Done. Problem still exist

Looks kind of similar to bug 114699. Do you have a HiDPI screen with scaling?
