I am assuming that this is about incorrect display and positioning of the dialog when you are working in fullscreen mode.

LibreOffice doesn't support Apple's fullscreen mode correctly.

WORKAROUND : Turn off fullscreen mode

It certainly won't be fixed in LO5472 as this is already end of life (11/06/2018).
