If LibreOffice detects there are hidden cells, a dialog should be prompted asking the user whether to paste them or not...
You may be right. Dialog asking the user whether to paste them or not, with the option "do not ask again". Only it's a little bit harder to implement. Workaround: Copy header and filter cells like A1:B3 Paste in Calc - it will paste filtered rows only Copy pasted cells Paste in Writer.
