Wow! :-)

Please provide a sample file to test. You can't seriously expect others to subscribe to anything to test a bug (you aren't NYT employee, are you? ;-))
Comment 2 Art Melnick 2018-09-08 22:27:22 UTC
I just installed the new version of libre Office (6.0.6.2) and noticed the problem. Libre Office doesn't have to be running and the symptoms are still there. I suspect the install program did something to the system software that causes the problem.

I don't work for the NYT, but I don't know if you can get to the crossword puzzle print icon without a subscription. No more snark please.

So it's about the installation. Not about LibO as such

"So it's about the installation. Not about LibO as such"

Yes, that seems to be the case. I assume the install package is written and controlled by the same people who write and control the app itself.
Comment 5 Alex Thurgood 2018-09-14 11:17:07 UTC
And it isn't the Base module, which relates to databases - correcting component.
Comment 6 Art Melnick 2018-09-14 15:05:03 UTC
There was no selection for install.
Comment 7 Timur 2018-09-18 08:38:36 UTC
Does Comment 4 mean this should be closed as NotOurBug?
Or is this duplicate of Bug 119250 if it's Windows 10 Pro ver 1803?
Comment 8 Art Melnick 2018-09-18 14:49:29 UTC
It's Windows 7. It's your bug because it's caused by your install program.

So, Do you confirm it works again if you remove LibreOffice ?
Comment 10 Art Melnick 2018-09-19 15:33:33 UTC
I'll try removing the app and see what happens, but I have to finish some work I'm doing with it first.

Ok, let us know when you do it
Comment 12 Art Melnick 2018-09-21 18:11:15 UTC
OK. So I removed the app and updated the printer driver and that seemed to fix the problem. I then reinstalled 6.0.6.2 and it seems to still be working.

Happy to hear.
Closing as RESOLVED NOTOURBUG.
Please, put it back to UNCONFIRMED if you reproduce it again in the future...
