Menu with untranslated strings in Writer, Linux OS

As attached image shows, the strings

File -> New
File -> Send

are not translated in pt-BR in Writer

They are translated in Calc, Impress, DRaw, Math and Base.

Master 6.2 is OK.

Now 6.1 is EOL and last stable LO version is 6.2.6, may we consider this as WFM?
