Description:
When you open the “About” window you are unable to interact with any open documents. From a technical and user experience standpoint it isn’t clear why this is the case.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the “About” menu
2. Try to interact with any open documents

Actual Results:
You are unable to interact with open documents

Expected Results:
You should be able to use LibreOffice normally while the About window is open


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Pretty sure this is known, there is probably already one or more reports about modal / non-modal dialogs, the "About" dialog, being one of them.
