Description Joe F 2018-10-08 14:20:06 UTC
I am using Windows 10, 64.

I am using Canon PIXMA MX 922 printer.

I am attempting to print the number 10 envelope.

These selections to print envelopes that are used is vertical with left center right options.

Using the vertical left option produces an envelope with addressee out-of-print range. The recipient's address in preview shows below the width of the number 10 envelope.

Using the vertical print center option, the recipient address prints below the width of the number 10 envelope.

Using the vertical print right option, the address will not print on the envelope at all.

I do not have a second computer to determine whether or not there would be any different result.

I have confirmed that I am using the current Windows 10 OS, the current driver for the can and PIXMA printer and the attempted printing was tried more than 10 times.
