In order to reproduce the bug follow these instructions: [1] Create new text document. [2] Display toolbar Find: View > Toolbars > Find [3] In this toolbar in the drop-down menu “Navigate By” select „Control“. [4] Display toolbar Form Controls. The Design Mode should be enabled. [5] Insert 3 simple form controls, e.g. text boxes. [6] Click the up and down arrow of the function “Navigate By” some times. The selection correctly jumps to the next or previous form control. [7] Disable Design mode in toolbar Form Control. [8] Click the up and down arrow of the function “Navigate By” some times. A search to the next/previous form control is not performed. Expected: Jump to next/previous form control. This bug exists already in version 3.3.0. Thus inherited from OOo.

The behaviour has changed since version 6.3.0: Now at step 8 the search is performed but with the search the Design mode is enabled again. I would expect that the Design mode is still disabled.
