The component libsdlo.so exists on the path, as you can see from these shell commands:
# ls -l /opt/libreoffice/opt/libreoffice6.1/program/../program/libsdlo.so

Thank you for reporting the bug.
it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

These are the steps I done:

1 ) - download the package LibreOffice_6.1.4_Linux_x86-64_rpm.tar.gz
2 ) - extract RPMS in /tmp/libreoffice
3 ) - extract install in /tmp as /tmp/install
4 ) - dowload the package /LibreOffice_6.1.4_Linux_x86-64_rpm_langpack_it.tar.gz
5 ) - extract RPMS in /tmp/libreoffice
6 ) - create $HOME/libreoffice (mkdir libreoffice)
7 ) - executed shell command:
$ /tmp/install -l /tmp/libreoffice libreoffice

All installation goes well. Desktop kde integration ok; created link to soffice

Results from info:

Versione: 6.1.4.2
Build ID: 9d0f32d1f0b509096fd65e0d4bec26ddd1938fd3
Thread CPU: 4; SO: Linux 4.8; Resa interfaccia: predefinito; VCL: kde4;
Versione locale: it-IT (it_IT); Calc: threaded

Test:

Soffice starts for all applications, except Draw and Impress:

Impress does not start without any message.
Draw gives this:
loading component library <file:///home/emilio/libreoffice/opt/libreoffice6.1/program/../program/libsdlo.so> failed.

These are the fingerprints of the component in error:
bash-4.3$ sum libreoffice/opt/libreoffice6.1/program/../program/libsdlo.so
05954  7995
bash-4.3$ ls -l libreoffice/opt/libreoffice6.1/program/../program/libsdlo.so
