Issue: When hovering the mouse pointer over toolbar buttons, there's no tooltip/information. Instead, the frame marking off the button hovered, will start flashing rapidly. This is also true for tick-boxes and the like. On occasion, the tooltips shows up, but it seems to me to be quite random. The installation is made via my package manager (Discover), with the following installs: 1. LibreOffice Base - Libreoffice KDE Integration 2. LibreOffice Calc 3. Xavier: Why did you reopen that bug? It's a clear duplicate of Bug 121361. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 121361 ***
Sorry Maxim I did not notice it was a duplicate because we looked at the same time to the bug report, second the proposed solution on the gtk3 website/forum is only for the gnome gui not for the others.
