the bug is detected on 6.1.4.2 version.
(In reply to medmedin2014 from comment #7) > the bug is detected on 6.1.4.2 version. LibreOffice 6.2.0.3 was released today. Could you please try again with the latest version from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ ?

I don't get any 6.2 updates on my ubuntu 18.04.2, I updated today to 6.1.5.2 and the same problem is persistent. I use ppa:libreoffice/ppa to get latest updates but 6.2 is not there.

This crash was only reported under gtk[3]. Because this dialog is now a native gtk3 dialog (master towards 6.4) instead of an emulated one the conditions that triggered the crash can't be in play anymore so this crash surely can't happen in master now.
The problem is still persistent with Libre Office 6.3.2.2 on Ubuntu 19.10, see my new attached video for more information, the trick is to increase the size of the options window till the horizontal scroll disappear, then you increase the columns width, then you decrease the size of the window and now a new horizontal scrollbar is displayed, then if you tried to grab and move it to right side the whole writer crashes.

I installed LODev6.4.0.0.alpha1+ and it seems the problem is no longer happening. Thank you really for this great piece of word processing which sometimes exceeds even paid and expensive other office suites.
