Description:
I copied some graph from "Draw" and then saved the document.
Then I reopend the document I have saved.
Then I find the ruler is very big and cannot decrease the size.

If I delete the graph, save and reopen, the ruler becomes in normal size.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Draw graph in "Draw".
2.Copy that graph to "Writer".
3.Save the document.
4.Close LibreOffice
5.Open that document and found the ruler get big.

Actual Results:
the ruler get big and I can't decrease the size.

Expected Results:
The ruler's size should be normal.
