Description:
No anti-aliasing for image with OpenGL enabled. Spin-off of bug 79334




Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file with OpenGL enabled & compare with Normal mode

Actual Results:
Artifacts

Expected Results:
Smooth borders


Reproducible: Always

opengl's drawBitmap() should also scale properly if needed (tdf#123372)

It will be available in 6.3.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
