With VLC=kde or VLC=qt5 it is never possible to drag and drop images from plasma desktop into the LO-document.

proceeding:

1. open a write document
2. open a file manager like dolphin
3. drag and drop a image from file manager to writer document

result: a stopsign appears.

expected: image will be included in the document like in older LO versions.
