Shadow effect in Word 365

Hello!

When I open this .docx in LibreOffice 6.2.1 there is no shadow below the text.
Comment 1 Dieter 2019-03-08 12:29:29 UTC
I confirm the behaviour, but I don't think, that this feature (font reflection) is part of LO. So perhaps it's also a enhancement request.

Let's see, what design teams thinks about it

Font reflection is not shadow (that we do have). And since it's not part of the ODF standard, at least I'm not aware of this, we shouldn't implement non-standard features. => WF

No further opinion, so closing as WF.
Comment 4 Tomaz Vajngerl 2019-05-28 09:29:58 UTC
If it's not part od ODF doesn't mean we won't implement it. If so we can close all bugs related to document themes, multi-colour gradients, blur shadows and glow effect and similar features that we currently don't have in LO and are not part of ODF.

As this is part of OOXML, we will have to implement it for compatibility reasons (or the OOXML documents that include it won't be rendered correctly) and provide a proposal to extend ODF, so this is indeed a valid enhancement request IMHO.

Reopening to NEW as of comment 4. Not my opinion, though.
