Created attachment 165526 [details] DOCX compared in MSO LO Open attachment 165513 [details] which is DOCX resaved in MSO. See that formatting on 1st page is not good, from LO 5.0 (where appeared) to 7.1+. Interesting that 1st page of 2007 DOCX attachment 70118 [details] open fine, bug 57155.
I can see some differences, not sure, to whom you refer. For me the most omportant thing is missing of character outline. But that is also the case for text outside a text box. As far as I can see, LO doesn't have that feature (you can text to to outline style, but you can't choose color of the characters). I was surprised, I couldn't finde a bug report about it. So could you please specify the problem?
This bug is about missing text outline of title text "Manual del EP". MSO has customizable Text Fill and Text Outline in Format Text Effects and LO only has simple outline checkbox.

I confirm that, but I think, it is more an enhancement request than a bug, because - as you said - this feature isn't available in LO at all. So i suggest to change bug summary to something like "Add text contour feature to LO". Do you agree? cc: Design-Team
In cases like these, not sure if new LO bug is needed to support this feature for editing, or this bug is enough just to read from DOCX, without modifying.

I'm not a developer, but I assume, that if you open a docx-file correct, there is also a possibility to create such effects in LO and vice versa. Or do you have any objections to such a feature in LO?
Created attachment 166797 [details] Text Fill and Outline in MSO MSO can fill and outline either in solid colors or (multi-step) gradients (besides shadow, reflection, glow, soft edges, and 3D text effects). We should make it possible in LibreOffice too, at least for compatibility.
No UX topic, don't see an implementationerror. And there is likely a duplicate.

It's also a compatibility issue, see bug 127696
