SheetCommentMenu has the same items than in writer. In writer Comments submenu is in Edit next to Track Changes.

As Calc has a separte SheetMenu (which has a lot of items) it is now in SheetMenu but I would move it to EditMenu cause it's there in writer and there is no specific calc case for it.

Reproduce:

- open calc
  - Menubar
  - Sheet
    - Cell Comments subgroup

- open writer
  - Menubar
  - Edit
    - Comment subgroup

and why is CommentMenu in writer in Edit section and in Calc in Sheet section. In addition the sheet section has a lot of content.

I'm in favour of moving the Cell comments sub-menu from the Sheet to the Edit menu.

+1 Also agree with this change. Makes it consistent with Writer and removes clutter from Sheet menu.

I'm against the change. Calc is cell based, Writer not. When I look for a _Cell_ Comment I wouldn't look at the Edit menu. However, no hard feeling and it's more a 70/30 preference. But a full +1 for Roman's c1.

Think you got enough input, removing UX (which was missing the CC to the mailing list anyway).
