Thank you for reporting the bug. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
Ajku, your steps are not reproducible. You need to attach source ODT saved before saving as DOCX, so that we may reporduce.
Since you're on Linux, if reproducible with Still LO version, it's always good idea to also test with newer Fresh, or easily and best with master from https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com/index.php/daily-version/.

Created attachment 151270 [details] File with Bug in ODT format I always save in DOCX format. Never save in ODT. Please find I have copied text Box in new documents and saved as ODT. Thanks
Ajku, seems that this bug is similar to Bug 125094 in terms of your lack of understanding how formatting works. Please educate yourself on different direct and style formatting. And on Ctrl+M. If you're not really sure what you're doing, you shouldn't use MS formats for saving and copying formatted contents. I'll close as Not a bug.
