We always need to know whether XLSX was created in MSO (but this one cannot be open!) or in LO (we don't need it, rather we need source ODS).
Please clarify, make sure you write exact steps to reproduce (not just what you see as a final problem) and set back as Unconfirmed.
Comment 8 TZP 2019-05-10 12:11:21 UTC
The xlsx file was created with MSO.

Repro LO 6.3+ in Windows. No time to check whether this is a duplicate.
Comment 11 Regina Henschel 2019-05-10 23:30:37 UTC
The problem is not with the lines, but the text has a different line spacing than in Excel.
Comment 12 Timur 2019-05-13 11:49:08 UTC
Merged cell content is not properly imported.
LO 6.2 and before were showing Calibri 11 for cell and character font. But copy would result in font size 9. That seems changed in LO 6.3+. Instead of Calibri 11, font is shown as Liberation Serif 11.
Line spacing is also different but I don't see how it can be changed.

That's bug #112561. Let's make this a duplicate.

I don't see this happening in 6.3/6.4/7.0 on Windows: it's always Calibri 11 for me.
