Description Mikhail Novosyolov 2019-09-11 21:13:21 UTC
Description:
The first table in this *.doc document is rendered incorrectly. Reproduced in Libreoffice Writer 6.2.6, 6.3.1 and OpenOffice Writer 4.1.5.

This table is displayed correctly in WPS Office and OnlyOffice DesktopEditors.

I have not been able to make a minimal document with this problem. If I copy that table to a new document in WPS Office and save it as doc or docx, LibreOffice displays it correctly.

Minimized DOC and DOCX in MSO and LO 6.4+

Table in frame is not shown only if grouped.
If not grouped, shown both from DOC and DOCX in LO 6.4+.
Comment 9 NISZ LibreOffice Team 2020-11-30 14:28:35 UTC
This is not really a frame in doc or docx, but simple grouped shape.

Since grouped shapes are still not imported as writer textframes ( https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100074#c11 ) "tables in grouped shapes" is one more things that cannot be imported/shown properly - see bug #128770 for the rest.
