Description:
Edit a form with Option buttons in it, than export as PDF. Open the PDF with Adobe Reader, click the Option buttons, but the button doesn't switch to the checked status.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit a form document, put some Option buttons in it.
2.Export the form as PDF.
3.Open the PDF with Adobe Reader DC (most recent version), and click the Option button.

Actual Results:
The Option button doesn't switch to a Checked status--from a empty circle, to a circle with a black disk in it.

Expected Results:
It should be switched from empty to black.


Reproducible: Always
