I have LibreOffice Calc Version: 6.3.1.2 (x64), Build ID: b79626edf0065ac373bd1df5c28bd630b4424273, CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; Locale: en-US (en_US); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded installed. I have a password protected XLS spreadsheet with hyperlinks, account names, and passwords saved on a flash drive. When I open the file, random hyperlinks appear to have been corrupted with "%00" appended to them. Some have a lot of these null characters, other have only one or two, but either way, they corrupt the hyperlinks. I saw that bug 124318 says this has been fixed in version 6.3.0, but I'm still seeing this in my files. I would be happy to upload the affected file, but the information is PPI and I really don't think you want to have that kind of access.

As previously explained the file with the issue contains accounts names and passwords for various web sites. As I'm sure you can understand, I will not share this information as it is PPI. I have provided a description of the issue and the corrupting characters in the hope this would be sufficient to find the offending code.

Unfortunately, it's not sufficient to find the offending code... LibreOffice has more than 11 millions of lines of code Could you please create a minimal file case without sensitive data
