There have been several generations of this file. An earlier incarnation may have been a Word document. I am using an HP Compaq 8100 Elite with Linux Mint 18.3 ‘Sylvia’ running LibreOffice 6.0. Well...O.K...I wanted to send the PDF file as well, but your system seems to only accept one attachment. This should be considered a problem.

Created attachment 156208 [details] PDF that lacks expected equations. Attached is the PDF with missing equations. I was able to make a proper PDF using my laptop. It has POP OS rather than Mint.
