Test ODT document
Simply print document, then export to PDF, print the PDF and compare!
Still broken in 5.2.2 (Windows x64)
Last known version where it worked fine was OpenOffice 3.2
Rumoured to be OK when viewing output in some 3rd party PDF viewers, but **does not** work in Adobe Acrobat.

This is a meta bug, so please file your bug in a new bug report.
*** Bug 113122 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
The original bug that I filed, seems to have been used as a gathering point for all PDF bugs. Meanwhile - the original bug I filed back in 2016, which is critical if you are trying to use PDF forms, seems not to being investigated or fixed.

Paul, your comment with test file was ignored and is still being ignored. As Jay wrote back in 2016, this bug is no place to add specific issues as comment. This is a meta bug where pdf export issues are collected with their bug numbers.
If you've a problem, ask at ask.libreoffice.org or file a separate bug report with link to your test file, what's faulty in your eyes and maybe steps to reproduce the problem.
Please do not hijack other bug reports.
Thomas, you are of course correct - could someone with more "superpowers" than me simply delete the attachment.
However my frustration with the lack of movement should have been attached to 61850 which I reported and documented back in March 2013!
Unfortunately I'm not a coder so cannot help to fix, but since the ability to export PDF forms was a strength in Open Office over MS Office, then I would have though fixing this bug in Libre Office would be a priority. But I guess in the last 6 years everyone who tried using this feature has just given up!
