Description:
The exported PDF contains tags that are not defined in the PDF/UA standard, and some tags contain random characters.
This bug has existed for a long time, and we hope it can be fixed as soon as possible.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a .docx document.
2.Export it using the PDF/UA standard.

Actual Results:
Results from LibreOffice:

Using iText RUPS, the exported PDF shows abnormal results:
Issues observed:

1. Irregular tag structure
2. Presence of garbled characters
