nevermind, I got it in the attached zip file (fixed mime type). I comfirm bug under Win7 using LibO 4.3.2.2 and recent 4.4.0.0 master. same issue with LibO 4.2.0.4 so it's not a new bug. haven't tried older releases.

I tested exporting to PDF with LibreOffice 5.2 (Ubuntu 16.04) and it is working correctly.
