Description:
Comparing to PDF v1.4, 1.5 support JPEG 2000, enhanced support for embedding and playback of multimedia, using XML Forms Data Format (XFDF) for interactive form submission. To get such advantages, we need to implement PDF v1.5 file structure, adding option to expert file as PDF 1.5.

Looks done as https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=99ac4ee05b039166eedfe361fb985682fd92dd13.
I marked duplicate of an old report I found.
